Our History
Our company is family owned and run and represents two generations of experience in the Clearing, Demolition, Grading, and Hauling businesses. Our story began with our father, JPA Excavating of Dutchess, Inc. back in 1959. After returning home from serving our ountry in the Korean war. In 1965, he bought his first used Catapilar 15 dozer which he began delveloping the start of our companies history. He became the pillar of our community providing loyal services, and dedicated customers, and growing his business which has expanded to include full exavations solutions. With years of succss he began hauling freight for various companies, which continued until 2001 when he passed.
His son became the owner and manager of JPA Excavating of Dutchess, Inc.and has over 40 years of experience. Our company has continued to grow and provide additional services and solution. My father started with one dozer in 1965 and by 2010, we have grown in both employee size and equipment, to include six trucks, dump trucks, excavators, rock braking machines, backhoes, dozers, ect. Providing any equipment to successfully complete any job for Commercial and Residential total customer satisfaction . We began offering and conducting demolition services in 1995. JPA Excavating of Dutchess, Inc. has continued to provide exceptional services and superior work quality since our business began.
